SureView builds software that security operations centers use to manage and respond to events, bringing alarms, video, and access control from every system into a single view. Our customers include technology companies, banks and financial institutions, energy and water utilities, manufacturers, media organizations, and large commercial property owners. Many operate critical infrastructure, and they hold us to the standards those environments demand.

This Trust Center sets out how we run our security program. Most of what a security questionnaire asks for is on this page and does not require a form.

• Certifications: We are certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, with the cloud controls of ISO/IEC 27017:2015 in scope. Our Information Security Management System covers the whole organization and is audited annually by an accredited independent certification body.
• Security practices: Data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or greater, and data at rest using AES-256. Access follows a least-privilege model with multi-factor authentication enforced. Our applications are penetration tested each year by an independent third party.
• Platform and AI: SureView Operations runs on AWS across multiple availability zones. Every action taken in the platform, whether by an operator or by our Virtual Operator AI features, is recorded in a time-stamped Audit Trail.
